Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr (based on experience and event type)

Shifts: Vary based on client events

What you’ll do

• Prepare and execute menu items for private events, including weddings and corporate functions
• Support plated service, buffets, and banquet-style meal execution
• Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Keep stations organized, stocked, and ready for service
• Assist with prep, breakdown, and post-event cleanup

What to expect on every shift

• Weddings, galas, private celebrations, corporate functions, and exclusive venues
• Everything from elegant plated service to high-volume buffet and banquet events
• Working at speed while maintaining consistency and food quality

What you must bring

• 6 months of prep cook or banquet cook experience (catering or event experience preferred)
• Food Handlers Card
• Knife skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
• Non-slip shoes and proper kitchen attire

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
