HIRING EVENT — Walk Out Employed
Date: Tuesday, October 20, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Alliance Airport (2600 Westport Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76177) - Please arrive at your scheduled time.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $15.50-$16.50/hr ($15/hr for a one-day, 1.5-hour orientation)
• W-2 employee, not a contractor — medical, dental, vision, plus short- and long-term disability

• Temp-to-perm opportunity: strong performers may be offered full-time roles with the client
• Bonus: Upon conversion, earn a $0.10/hr raise every month until you reach the $25/hr pay cap

Shift Patterns

• 1st shift: Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM ($15.50/hr)
• 2nd shift: Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–11:30 PM ($16.00/hr)
• 3rd shift: Sun 8:15 PM–5:30 AM and Mon–Thu 11:45 PM–5:30 AM ($16.50/hr)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Receive cell phone products, unpack and scan them into the system, and pull and put away equipment and parts
• Package, sort, and prep units for production, and perform data entry on a PC while meeting production goals (80% or higher)

WHERE THE WORK IS
The facility is located in Haslet, TX.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move throughout the shift
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team

WHAT TO WEAR
Business casual or dress as you would for a job interview: a plain t-shirt with jeans or work pants, and closed-toe shoes.

BRING WITH YOU

• Two forms of ID for I-9: driver's license, plus Social Security card, birth certificate, or passport
• Your bank routing and account number, so we can pay you. No bank account? Tell us when you arrive and we'll figure it out
• Your phone, fully charged
• Headphones or earbuds if you own a pair — we have spares if you don't
