Indeed Flex is hiring Warehouse Workers/Forklift Drivers for one of their clients in Naperville, IL

Hiring Event Details:

• Event Date: July 6, 2026
• Event Time: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Please arrive at your scheduled interview time.)
• Event Address: 3000 Warrenville Rd, Lisle, IL 60532 (Sheraton Lisle Naperville Hotel)
• Job Hourly Rate: $20.50/ hr+

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of operating a forklift or cherry picker in a warehouse is preferred but not required.
• 1 year of experience tracking and managing stock in a warehouse. This includes counting inventory, spotting discrepancies, and using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• High level of attention to detail. The role involves checking incoming shipments and entering data, so mistakes can cause bigger problems down the line.
• Comfortable with basic counting and math, since they'll regularly be verifying quantities and identifying stock discrepancies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely unload incoming freight, deliveries, and materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
• Collect and verify shipping documents, packing slips, and delivery receipts
• Inspect all deliveries for damage, defects, and correct order fulfillment.
• Verify that received goods match the exact quantities, descriptions, and quality standards listed on the purchase order.
• Accurately enter receiving data, item location codes, and product details into the computer.
• Tag, scan, and store incoming merchandise in designated warehouse or shelving areas.
