Job Title: Picker Packer

Location: Robbinsville Township, NJ

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Shift Pattern:

• Saturday - Wednesday (6:00 am - 2:00 pm)
• Wednesday - Sunday (12:30 pm - 9:00 am)
• Wednesday - Sunday (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)

About the Role

Indeed Flex is hiring Warehouse Associates to support receiving and picking operations for mattress inventory. This role also involves warehouse organization and the cleaning/sanitizing of pre-owned merchandise. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to increase forklift and order picker positions while working stable set shifts.

What You'll Do

• Receive and pick mattress inventory by hand and using handheld scanners
• You will be moving mattresses up to 150lbs using an order on multiple levels onto a pick cart and transferring the items into the shipping doors
• Operator rides the platform up to retrieve the product, pulls the item, and lowers it to ground level
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Clean, sanitize, and log pre-owned merchandise per company standards

What You'll Need

• At least 6 months of experience operating a Order Picker, Cherry Picker, or Forklift
• Ability to lift and move mattresses and other bulky items up to 150 pounds
• This role requires standing for 7.5 hours on an upright order picker.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners for inventory tracking
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
