Indeed Flex is hiring bussers for major events just off the Strip. You’ll clear and reset tables and keep the floor running smoothly on big nights. Choose the shifts that fit your schedule, and every shift you work earns you an entry to win up to $25,000 toward rent, groceries and bills.

What you’ll do

• Quickly clean, clear, and reset tables for the next service
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables promptly and accurately
• Act as the liaison between Front of House and Back of House staff
• Communicate food orders to chefs, prioritizing dietary restrictions and special requests
• Assist waitstaff in serving beverages and meal items to guests
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to keep the dining experience seamless
• Perform general cleaning with standard cleaning products to uphold health standards
• Keep an adequate supply of folded napkins ready for every meal period
• Complete assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking supplies

• Upscale event settings such as weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and exclusive venues
• Fast-paced service with multiple tasks happening at once
• Regular interaction with guests, waitstaff, and kitchen teams

What you must bring

• Knowledge of table settings and serviceware
• Clear, effective communication with guests and staff
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset

Physical requirements

• Ability to grasp, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs without help
• Ability to push up to 150 lbs on a hand cart without help
• Ability to stand and move throughout the venue for the full shift
