Brand Activator – Bilingual required

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Brand Activator

Pay: $30.00/hr + Referral Bonuses

Location: Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Monday - Sunday, part time flexible shifts

Get out from behind a desk. Set up a mobile pop up hub at local bakeries, markets, and community centers, and connect your neighbors with flexible job opportunities. You're the face of the program talking to people, building trust, and helping your community find real income.

Bonus: Earn $150 per referral once they complete their first shift within 30 days of getting verified.

What You'll Do

• Set up shop: Transport and assemble our "Pop-Up in a Box" kiosk at partner locations each weekend
• Start conversations: Approach community members and explain our app, benefits, and earning programs in a warm, welcoming way
• Sign people up: Walk interested candidates through registration on our company tablets
• Scout locations: Work with local business owners to find high-foot-traffic weekend spots

What You Need

• Bilingual: Fully fluent in English and Spanish, able to switch fluidly depending on who walks up
• Energy: Outgoing, magnetic, comfortable starting conversations with strangers
• Transportation: Reliable vehicle to haul the pop-up kit to different locations each weekend
• Mindset: Self-motivated and punctual; you don't need someone looking over your shoulder
