Pay: $18.00/hr

What you’ll do

• Wash, peel, and slice fresh ingredients such as tomatoes, onions, and other toppings
• Cook hamburgers and other proteins on the grill to specific standards
• Run fryers to produce consistent, high-quality French fries
• Build burgers to order, following customer specs for condiments and toppings
• Keep the workspace tidy throughout the shift and deep clean the station at close

What to expect on every shift

• Major sporting events with high-volume, fast-paced concession service
• Work around grills, fryers, and hot equipment
• Full station clean-up at the end of every shift

What you must bring

• 6+ months of food prep experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Food Handler’s Card
• Ability to follow written recipes and verbal instructions accurately
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
• Willingness to stay for full station clean-up at the end of every shift

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfort working in a hot kitchen environment
