WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Event Line Cook: Prepare and execute menu items for plated service, buffets, and banquet-style events, keeping stations stocked and organized and assisting with prep, breakdown, and post-event cleanup
• Concession Stand Worker: Prep fresh toppings, run the grill and fry stations, and build burgers to order, keeping the workspace clean throughout the shift and deep-cleaning at close

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Event Line Cook: 6 months of prep cook or banquet cook experience (catering or event experience preferred), knife skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and a Food Handler's Card. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Concession Stand Worker: 6+ months of food prep experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment, ability to follow written recipes and verbal instructions, and a Food Handler's Card. Must be willing to stay for full station clean up at the end of every shift

WHAT TO WEAR

Please arrive dressed in a proper kitchen uniform with non-slip shoes.

BRING WITH YOU

• Two forms of ID for I-9: driver's license, plus Social Security card, birth certificate, or passport
• Your Food Handler's Card
• Your bank routing and account number, so we can pay you. No bank account? Tell us when you arrive and we'll figure it out
• Your phone, fully charged
• Headphones or earbuds if you own a pair — we have spares if you don't
