A strike is a warning for your account. Some reasons you may receive a strike for lateness, late cancellation, negative feedback from clients, incorrect uniform, and not showing up for your shift. You can be blocked from working for a certain client for a strike.
If you receive 3 strikes, you may be banned from applying for jobs on the Indeed Flex platform.
