Job Title: Picker Packer

Hourly Rate: $14.00/hr + pay increase once hired

Shift Times: Monday – Friday (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.)

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Indeed Flex is hiring Picker Packers for one of their clients in Cincinnati, OH.

  • $250 attendance bonus after 30 days as long as you haven’t missed more than 1 day and or have tardies

Job Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to communicate with other team members and supervisor to ensure accuracy in assembly
  • Be timely and efficient
  • Able to work at a supervisor-determined pace

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build kits according to the schedule
  • Label kits with identifying marking/labels as required
  • Package assembly, inventory management, material movement, and order fulfillment may also be required
