We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives within the Lowell, AR Market for a client specializing in technology-driven freight shipping for large and small businesses. A top-ranked third-party logistics (3PL) provider and one of the largest transportation logistics companies in North America, we provide safe and reliable services for a diverse group of customers throughout the continental United States, Canada and Mexico.

Hourly Rate: $12

Shift Type:

Full Time, Part Time, Temp-to-Perm

12pm-9pm, 1pm-10pm M-F

Day-To-Day:

  • Conduct inboud/outbound calls assiting customers with delivery times and inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with clients (new and existing)
  • Understand client issues and address each situation
  • Perform general account management tasks
  • Help guide clients through questions and concerns
