Pay: $18.00/hr

Indeed Flex is hiring Prep Cook to support a large hotel chain in Dallas, TX.

If you’re comfortable working in polished event settings while maintaining speed, consistency, and food quality this role is for you.

Job Requirements

• 6 months of prep cook or banquet cook experience
• Non-slip shoes and proper kitchen attire
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Food Handlers Card

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare all food items in accordance with Hyatt Brand standards.
• Greets guests and monitors the dining area during mealtime to ensure adequate supplies and that guest needs are met.
• Follow recipes to control production and maintain consistency and freshness.
• Bus tables and interact with guests.
• Operate dish machine and sanitizer station in the prescribed manner according to standards.
• Ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight.
• Sweep and mop floors in kitchen and dining room, throughout the shift.
• Maintains inventory of food and utensils.
• Perform any additional tasks requested by management.
