HIRING EVENT — Walk Out Employed

Indoors and air conditioned. Arrive 10 minutes before your slot.

EARN $17/HR WITH SAME DAY PAY

• $17.00/hr
• Same Day Pay — take up to half your shift value the day you work
• W-2 employee, not a contractor — benefits and healthcare access
• Flexible shifts — event work from 4 to 12 hours, warehouse shifts around 8 hours
• Day, afternoon, and overnight shifts — weekend shifts may be required

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Load and unload furniture and event equipment at trade shows and large events
• Assemble and set up furniture on site
• Warehouse work — picking, staging, wrapping, and inventory counts
• Customer-facing work at live events, so professionalism matters here

WHERE THE WORK IS

The warehouse is on McCoy Rd, less than 2 miles from where this event is being held, and event shifts run at convention centers and venues across the Orlando area. Short commute to both.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 18+ years old
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and punctual — these are live events, so a missed shift is a service failure for the client
• Comfortable with Florida heat and humidity — event work is often outside and warehouse doors are frequently open, so summer shifts get hot. We are being straight with you about this

WHAT TO WEAR

Steel-toe shoes are required — you will not be able to work without them, so bring them to the event if you own a pair. Otherwise dress as you would for a job interview: a plain t-shirt with jeans or work pants, and closed-toe shoes. No loose clothing. The hi-vis safety vest is provided for you.

BRING WITH YOU

• Two forms of ID for I-9: driver's license, plus Social Security card, birth certificate, or passport
• Your bank routing and account number, so we can pay you. No bank account? Tell us when you arrive and we'll sort it
• Your phone, fully charged
• Headphones or earbuds if you own a pair — we have spares if you don't
