About the Role

As a Coffee Specialist, you’ll be part of a team serving guests at a high-volume café location in the Hurst area. You’ll prepare coffee and espresso drinks, ensure orders are accurate, and keep operations running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone dependable, friendly, and eager to grow their hospitality skills.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, and light food items
• Take and process customer orders using a POS system
• Restock, organize, and maintain cleanliness of the work area
• Provide professional, courteous service to every guest
• Support the team with additional café duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Prior customer service experience (required)
• Barista or café experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, reliable, and detail-oriented attitude
