Now Hiring: Banquet Line Cooks – (Dallas, TX)

Shift Type: Schedule varies on client's needs

Pay: $18 - $20/hr (based on experience & event type)

Indeed Flex is hiring Line Cooks to support private events, clubs, weddings, galas, and corporate functions across Dallas, TX These roles range from elegant, plated wedding service to high-volume buffet and banquet-style events, offering variety and flexibility for experienced cooks.

Job Requirements

• 6 months of prep cook or banquet cook experience (catering or event experience preferred)
• Non-slip shoes and proper kitchen attire
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 lbs
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Food Handlers Card

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Prepare and present food according to club recipes, quality standards, and nutrition philosophy
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef on daily menu items
• Consistently taste and evaluate food during preparation and service
• Ensure proper food storage and handling per Health Department requirements
• Deliver exceptional, proactive guest service; escalate complaints to a supervisor
• Report safety hazards or unsafe practices to management immediately
• Stay current on recipes, food prep techniques, and presentation
• Follow all club policies, standards, and procedures
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by kitchen leadership
