Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Assembler – Manufacturing / Production

Location: Austin, TX
Pay: $17/ hour
Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (shifts will vary throughout the week)

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing office furniture for both residential and commercial customers in nearby cities.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of delivery or installation/assembly experience (furniture or large items preferred)
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs alone and up to 150 lbs with assistance

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany the delivery team to assemble and install desks, chairs, and accessories on-site (we’ll provide training and tools).
• Provide an outstanding customer experience with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, or machinery
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions
• Track inventory, complete paperwork accurately, and report incidents as needed
• Stay on schedule and follow efficient delivery routes
• Assist with general warehouse tasks when necessary
