Assembler – Manufacturing / Production

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $17/ hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers with previous soldering experience to join our manufacturing team.

Qualifications:

• Resume required.
• Basic soldering experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with manual and mechanical tools.
• Ability to document issues clearly and escalate quickly when needed.
• Safety-first mindset with experience in quality inspection processes.
• Ability to work in a team and independently to meet daily production goals.
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes and production metrics

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, assembly, and reassembly of electronic components per work instructions.
• Use specialized tools to prevent scratches, falls, and handling damage.
• Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, or machinery
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
• Meet daily production goals and timelines
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
